GILBERT, AZ – 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza is opening a second Valley location.
The fast-casual pizza chain will have a “soft” opening on Sunday, June 12 in SanTan Village near Loop 202 (SanTan Freeway) and Williams Field Road in Gilbert.
Customers can create their own pizza picking the sauce, meat, cheese and vegetables. The pizza is then cooked for two minutes in a 1,000-degree Neapolitan oven.
On June 16 the location will celebrate its grand opening with free 10″ pizzas for anyone who follows their accounts on social media. The first 10 guests in line will receive free pizza for a year. Doors open at 11 a.m.

It’s all in the name. This Trenton, New Jersey pizza shop is the first in Austin, but they brought their dough to town and are serving up seriously delicious pizzas baked at 1000 degrees.
Immediately upon walking in you are greeted with a big smile and hello. The 1000 Degrees team prides itself in delivering a personalized experience and it starts with asking you what your name is. Part of this is to identify which order is yours, but part of it is so they can call you by your name! They want to know you and make a point to remember you. It goes a long way and set the whole dining experience off on a good start.
Pizza at 1000 Degrees really gets going with the dough. It is hand made, tossed fresh daily, and made with real “00” Neapolitan flour. The pies are then topped with the highest quality cherry and San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh veggies, Burke Farms Meats and Grande’ brand cheeses. It’s old-world Neapolitan flavor paired with North Eastern United States crust. Which makes for one mouthwatering pizza, down to the last bite!
The Austin location is in the Arbor Walk, near DSW shoes. You can choose to build your own pizza with as many toppings as you want for one great price! Or you can pick from their signature pizza combinations like the Tuscan Chicken made with shredded mozzarella, asiago, chicken, spinach, and marinated balsamic sun dried tomatoes. And the Meatza made with Marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and crumbled meatballs. Basically a meat lovers dream!
And it’s all made in a custom revolving Neapolitan oven that heats up to 1000 degrees. It takes each pizza just 2 minutes in the oven to bake to perfection. With such extreme heat, and fast cooking times, the highest quality cheeses, sauces, meats and veggies maintain their true taste, leading to a very flavorful pizza.
The toppings are delicious, the service is friendly, and the crust is what will keep me coming back for more!
