Sneak peek of 1000 Degrees Pizzeria before Thursday opening
KCAU 9 got a sneak peek of 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria Wednesday. It opens to the public at 11am Thursday. The first 10 people through the door will get free pizza for a year.
What makes the Neapolitan pizza different, is the crust – specifically, the flour used to make the crust. It’s also the short time it takes to get your pizza.
Derek Benson-Williams, pizzeria manager, says, “It’s the customer experience. It takes less than 5 minutes to get your pizza.”
Mike Coghlan says, “It’s great; great pizza, great experience. It’s going to be a great place.”
Amy Coghlan says, “It’s awesome; I really like the crust.”
Bruce Miller from the Sioux City Journal joined KCAU 9’s Jenna Rehnstrom in a special taste test for 1000 Degrees.
1000 Degrees Pizzeria is located in the strip mall at the corner of Hamilton Blvd. and Wesley Parkway.
